Sepulveda Animal Hospital is a small privately owned general practice located in Culver City, CA. With the recent addtion of 2 amazing doctors, our practice is thriving with renewed energy. If you are looking for a change or just need to reinvigorate your work life, we are currently looking to immediately hire full-time Registered Veterinary Technicians to join our outstanding team. We are seeking someone who is hard working with a strong initiative to complete tasks without direct supervision. They must be willing to help out wherever it’s needed and be confident in the ability to multi-task. The candidate must have strong leadership and communication skills and be comfortable with staff and client communication. They should be friendly, courteous and demonstrate excellent patient care.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years experience as a Veterinary Technician and at least 1 year of experience as a Registered Veterinary Technician. Applicants must be skilled in IV catheter placement, drawing blood, safely restraining dogs and cats, taking radiographs, anesthesia monitoring and dental cleanings and be able to demonstrate these skills to others. They must be willing to work under pressure conditions and have the ability to walk, bend, stand, squat, or reach constantly during a minimum 8-10 hour day. Ability to lift 40 pounds is required. Experience with AVImark is a plus. Other duties include in-hospital patient care, filling prescription, running in-house blood work, stocking, cleaning, laundry, etc.

Our hospital hours are Mon-Fri 7:30am-6pm and Sat 8-am-4pm. We are closed Sunday.
