Ro Health is looking for Registered Behaviroal Technician (RBT) to work at a school district for a mix of classroom support and 1:1. This RBT position would begin in asap and would potentially continue onto the next school year as well. This would be M-F between school hours of 8 am -3 pm. Registered Behavior Technicians are responsible for assisting behavior analysts to implement behavior reduction and skill acquisition treatment plans. The candidate will assist patients with day-to-day activities, monitor their behavior, record and collect data on patients' progress, and communicate with clients. Other duties may include clerical and administrative duties.

Job Duties:

• Provide direct care to clients in a one-on-one or group therapy setting to implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction treatments as directed by the supervisor.
• Collect and record data on patient behavior.
• Collaborate, communicate, and assist with the training of clients, parents, and staff.
• Provide a safe and supportive environment for patients and families.
• Carry out clinical assessments and other administrative duties.
• Maintain strict confidentiality.
• Attend training to acquire further knowledge.
• Supports feeding, physical hygiene, and the physical needs of students, including toileting (if applicable)

Requirements:

• Previous school experience is not required but preferred.
• High school education
• Strong assessment skills
• Willingness to assist in students learning process
• Strong ability to work in a team environment
• Great with Kids
• RBT certification
