Our programs include, but are not limited to, ABA Therapy for Children, Community Day Program, Community Living, Mental Health, Employment and Career Services, and Foster Care.

Part-time positions are available in the following areas:

  • Western Suburbs of Chicago: Oak Park
  • Northern Suburbs of Chicago: Skokie and Morton Grove
  • South Suburbs of Chicago: Posen, IL

Full-time - North Suburb Position

Purpose: To provide Applied Behavior Analysis services to clients in their homes.
Essential Responsibilities include but are not limited to for both Part-Time and Full Time:

  • Provide ABA therapy in the client's home by implementing all programs developed by the BCBA's
  • Implement treatment plans created by the supervising BCBA
  • Collect and record data during each session
  • Must be willing to travel to multiple locations
  • Must be able to work variable hours (evenings, weekends)
  • Complete all mandatory training, including in the home training and online training
  • Communicate with clinical team to ensure quality of service

For Full-Time - in addition to above

Direct ABA Therapy

  • Be able to service multiple clients as floater/non-permanent staff for coverage of primary therapist

Administrative Duties

  • Assist BCBA Clinical Manager and BCBA Staff with developing and collecting materials for programs of Learners
  • Assist with collection and composition of teaching materials of new ABA Therapist employees
  • Assist Office Manager with inventory of clinical materials, PPE distributed to staff, attendance of Initial Assessment with BCBA Supervisor
  • Assist with Marketing and Promotion efforts
  • Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION, SKILLS, and/or EXPERIENCE For All Part-Time Positions and Full-Time North Suburb Position

  • High School Degree
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Hard working, energetic, eager to learn, committed to clients, and positive
  • Reliable transportation

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
