Regional Staff Scheduler Job at Regency Integrated Health Services
The Regional Staff Scheduler will be responsible for managing a pool of traveling C.N.As, C.M.As, LVNs, and RNs in assigned region.
Responsibilities Include:
- Utilize the HRIS Scheduler to research openings in the schedule for assigned skilled nursing facilities, then schedule Regional Travelers fill openings on shifts.
- Review applications and set up interviews for candidates interested in becoming a Regional Traveler.
- Work closely with facility Human Resources Coordinators to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Must ensure that overtime is kept to a minimum for Regional Travelers.
- All other duties as assigned by Regional VP of Operations.
Job Requirements:
- At least 2 years of healthcare scheduling experience
- Strong communication skills
- Certified Nurse Aide experience preferred
