As a Regional School Recruiter at TherapyTravelers, you will be responsible for building a strong talent pipeline through sourcing efforts; while recruiting, interviewing, and placing selected candidates on contract assignments across multiple levels of positions in the assigned geographic region's portfolio of clients for the special education industry.

Distinguishing Characteristics:
A Regional School Recruiter performs duties related to recruiting for a specific geographic region/territory. There is opportunity to expand their territory by growing a book of business, which can provide a pathway to move into a National School Recruiter role. Alternatively, National School Recruiters generally are experienced recruiters with an existing book of business. Regional School Recruiters are eligible for quarterly bonuses, whereas National School Recruiters are eligible for commission-based incentives.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Proactively source and develop talent pipelines to include building and maintaining a diverse network of potential candidates for current and future needs.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies that utilize an assortment of search techniques (e.g., internet mining, networking, social recruiting, advertising, employee referrals, and college relationships) to develop a slate of qualified candidates.
- Identify internal and external candidates for vacant positions, including assessing job postings and employee referrals, screening resumes, and conducting prescreening interviews by phone, in person, or via videoconferencing.
- Build positive relationships with colleges, associations, and professional organizations within the assigned geographic region by leading or participating in networking events, job fairs, and industry conferences.
- Effectively utilize CRM software to collect, process, and maintain applicant data.
- Develop and maintain a database of potential candidates; document phone calls, text chain communications, emails, and other correspondence.
- Provide candidates with an ideal experience by ensuring timely contact, feedback, and customer support throughout the interviewing, selection, hiring, and onboarding processes.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with Contractors during and following contract assignments.
- Maintain current knowledge of emerging technology to stay abreast of innovative sourcing trends and best recruitment practices.
- Attend weekly team and company meetings.
- Participate in continuous training and development.
- Assist in onboarding and review of contracts with candidates, as needed.
- Assist Account Managers with scheduling interviews for candidates, as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of recruiting, sales, or related experience.
- Computer and Microsoft Office Suite proficiency required.
