The world relies on HPS to continually conceive and produce state-of-the-art transformer technology. We currently have an opening for a Regional Sales Manager, US Distribution, come grow with us! This position is located in Southeast Region of United States, with the ideal candidate already established preferably in the areas of Atlanta, GA, Charlotte, NC or Jacksonville, FL.

The Regional Sales Manager’s purpose is to plan, direct and control the sales and margin of company products and services within the geographical location. Major duties include developing regional goals/objectives, plans, programs and budgets to assure sales and margin growth in the distribution channel and manage, motivate and train HPS representatives.

Key Responsibilities:

· Promote HPS products with distribution partners and potential partners

· Establish relationships with key distributor personnel

· Joint sales calls with distribution sales managers and customers

· Conduct training as needed

· Work closely with all members of representative organization developing relationships

· Planning, targeting and forecasting territory sales

· Develop territory strategy in conjunction with rep for distributor expansion

· Establish pricing strategy in territory

· Research and prepare accurate sales forecast by territory

· Regularly communicate detailed forecast data via the HPS e-portal

· Communicate significant market developments that can impact the company

· Clearly understand the market dynamics in the region

· Present new product ideas and market needs

· Communicate competitive pricing in the market.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $107,993.00 - $161,989.00 per year
