Regional Sales Consultant
Since 1974, Stock Manufacturing & Design has been a family run business with roots on the west side of Cincinnati. We have grown from one facility to four and are still growing with facilities in Cleves, West Chester, Fairfield, and Harrison. We are a growing organization with proven ability to “outsell” our manufacturing / fabrication capacity in the thriving marketplace of package handling.
We have talent and experience in fabrication within the industries we serve and are in search of a motivated self-efficient individual as a Regional Sales Consultant. The ideal candidate will align with our core values of integrity, commitment, and growth and bring a servant leader mentality to everything they do! This Regional Sales Consultant will be based at the Cleves location.
Job Summary: Reporting directly to the VP of Sales, the Regional Sales Consultant is responsible for securing profitable business and growing our customer base while solving problems and serving as a valued support to the customer.
Job Duties
- Maintaining CRM with guidance to the Estimating team.
- Preparing and presenting sales forecast information in Sales & Operations meetings
- Building strength and trust with customers
- Actively participate in the sales and marketing strategy by creating a sales growth and penetration plan
- Supporting the sales team in meeting and exceeding monthly and annual sales revenue targets
- Supports all areas of the sales team, including project management and estimating
- Completes sales pipeline activities per defined metrics, utilizing customer site tours and completion of RFQ’s
- Keeps up to date on products, services and industry developments
- Ensures all departments have information to complete requests and process orders efficiently and corectly
Candidate Requirements
- 2-3 years of sales experience, 5+ years preferred
- Previous experience in manufacturing/production/sheet metal industry
- High School diploma with industry experience required, Associate degree/Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/TEAMS, ERP systems, CRM highly preferred
- Must be an approachable, hands-on servant leader, who behaves with a growth mindset for self and team
