ARCO Design/Build is looking for a Regional Director of Talent Acquisition and Early Talent. As the leader of Talent Acquisition and Early Talent, this position will develop and drive strategies that will uncover and identify top talent. This position will oversee our coop/internship program to ensure a best-in-class experience.

A DAY IN THE LIFE:
  • Lead, Mentor, and Develop a team of Talent Acquisition Managers and Early Talent Specialists.
  • Oversee our Early Talent university program, developing impactful innovative solutions to ensure we identify and attract the right candidates. Elevate our intern/coop program to ensure we create a best-in-class experience.
  • Collaborate and meet with hiring managers and executive leaders to assess talent acquisition performance and outcomes and improve overall recruitment effectiveness.
  • Partner and collaborate with operational leaders, HR Business Partners, and Talent Acquisition team to analyze offers to ensure competitive candidate offerings.
  • Identify, analyze, and report on data including candidate funnel metrics and other recruitment key performance indicators to understand impact on Talent Acquisition outcomes and take action to improve metrics and resolve challenges.
  • Utilize candidate surveys to improve every stage of TA experience lifecycle.
  • Develop our Diversity Outreach program, in alignment with our Talent Acquisition Strategy.
  • Find opportunities for Strategic Talent Sourcing.
  • Develop and maintain understanding of our business, the market, competition and emerging trends within industry and the Talent Acquisition practice.
  • Review effectiveness of our Recruitment Employer Branding and partner with marketing to build improvements.
NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience in reviewing talent analytics to measure effectiveness of current programs.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related discipline.
  • 10-15 years' experience with proven track record of leading a high performing team.
  • Experience in strategic sourcing and creating best in class University recruiting programs.
  • Experience in resource planning, forecasting based on turnover, business needs, etc.
  • Ability to analyze current talent acquisition programs and drive process improvements.
