What is a Recycle / Reselect Worker at Swire Coca-Cola?

This full-time position is responsible for repacking damaged packaging, sorting good and bad products, and destroying variety of products by following quality standards and reporting daily activity to upper management.

This role includes medical, dental and vision, along with paid holiday, sick and vacation days.

Responsibilities include:
  • Operating electric pallet jack and/ or forklift to move, locate, relocate, stack, count and load product
  • Operating plastic and card board baler for recycle
  • Operating product crusher for creating plastic and aluminum recycle bails.
  • Daily inspection and minor maintenance performance on pallet jack / forklift equipment to prevent accidents
  • Restock product as directed by supervisor
  • Use shrink-wrapping device or hand wrapping after re-stacking a pallet
  • Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment
  • Perform duties in an efficient manner that meets company standards
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent degree/certificate
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must become forklift certified within 1 month of hire
  • Ability to perform essential functions with little or no supervision
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays as directed by the business
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds as needed
