Since our founding, we have provided concierge-style, one-on-one learning and academic coaching to the best and brightest families in the Los Angeles area.
We are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to help coordinate finding the right instructors and coaches for our growing team.
You will act as touchstone to our enrollment team working closely to determine the ongoing needs of our families.
This person will primarily coordinate the hiring of new instructors, their paperwork/onboarding, ensure they pass internal corporate training (corporate training is done through a different department) and then check in with our new recruits to ensure continuing success as a member of the staff.
This is a position with a ton of growth potential to grow as a recruiter with the company! The ideal candidate will be able to balance priorities and manage multiple, time-sensitive tasks with little supervision and without getting ruffled as our clientele demands expediency and compassion.

Responsibilities:
Manage new placement positions on our website, and internal systems- Coordinate the interview process
- Coordinate the second stage of interviews with internal gatekeepers
- Manage onboarding
- Review new hirings with Client Services team
- Manage the documents, paperwork and move the new recruits to training
- Oversee aspects of training to ensure that new recruits are doing well in training
- Onboard the instructors information on the website, manage their information on Trello, the company website and keep up to date
- Touch base with Corporate Trainers to ensure that instructors pass training
Qualifications:
End-to-End Recruiting experience is a MUST- BA/BS degree required

Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $24.50 - $28.64 per hour
