USmax Corporation is seeking an individual with successful track record recruiting across a wide spectrum of technical disciplines for Professional Services, Institutional Support Services in Diplomacy, Global Development, and Government arenas. The role is to source, qualify and fill open positions of the company. Must be capable of maintaining high fill rates across USmax Corporation's diverse workforce spanning Federal Diplomacy, Public Safety and Law Enforcement markets.
Responsibilities:
- Drive and manage the recruiting lifecycle; sourcing, qualifying and closing candidates.
- Maintain high fill rates of current programs.
- Recruiting for key personnel in support of corporate business development and proposals.
- Collaborate with hiring managers in developing and posting position descriptions and requisitions.
- Coordinate onboarding of new hires with the HR Manager and Program Managers.
- Maintain internal applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Manage/maintain external job boards/resources
- Thorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices, including applicable policies and federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Perform administrative functions in support of the above

Experience
- Exceptional communicator; both oral and written.
- Three (3)+ years experience recruiting cleared, technical candidates to perform on government contracts.
- Experience recruiting Professional and Institutional Support Services, Technical and Physical security, Cybersecurity, IT/Cloud infrastructure services, application development, DevSec/Ops.
- Prior experience using Applicant Tracking Systems ust have three (3) or more years of experience recruiting cleared, technical candidates to perform on government contracts.
- Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems.
Education
- Bachelor's degree desired
