Receptionist Job at All Lift Systems Inc
Founded in 1981, All-Lift is an industry-leading manufacturer and distributor of rigging and lifting equipment. We offer material handling hoists/cranes, lifting, rigging, and fall protection, PPE, and industrial equipment and supplies.
Position Summary:
Front desk receptionist duties including greeting and directing walk-in customers as well as having primary phone answering responsibility.
Duties & Responsibilities:
o Greet and direct walk-in guests
o Answer and route incoming calls
o Assist with special accounting projects
Qualifications:
o High School Diploma or GED required.
o Ability to verify and accurately process data.
o Communicate professionally with internal and external customers
o Sage 100 experience a plus.
o Knowledge of MS Office products.
o Maintain confidentiality at all times.
o Efficient and able to multitask.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
