*Every third weekend and some holidays required*
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer and screen incoming phone calls to determine purpose; route calls to the appropriate individual.
- Greet visitors in a welcoming manner; determine their need and direct to the appropriate individual.
- Maintain reception area, ensuring a professional, neat appearance at all times.
- Copy, collate, organize and bind office projects to ensure accurate and professional appearing documents and materials, as requested.
- Serves in assisting members and families applying for Medical Assistance
- Serves as the primary back up to the Admissions Director
- Assists with all marketing and public events
- Assists with all marketing activities as needed
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND EXPERIENCE:
- Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and office related experience
- 1 year related experience preferred
