Franchise Real Estate Associate Director

The Opportunity

This is a rewarding long-term career opportunity to work with all levels of the Tide Services corporate team as well as our franchisees. As a Associate Director of Real Estate, you will assist new and existing franchisees with securing real estate across the country growing the Tide Cleaners brand. This is an in market Remote work position. We are seeking the best qualified candidate who resides in the Mid-West or East Coast to join our brand.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with commercial developers, retail center landlords, and commercial broker networks.
• Assist franchise operators with negotiating real estate deals.
• Analyzing data and market trends for future development and existing market expansion.
• Manage and update mapping tools to ensure data is up-to-date and current.
• Networking to attract future deals.
• Develop and maintain development tracking schedules.
• Manage and collaborate with the construction director on the progress of projects ensuring that the team achieves opening timelines.
• Attend real estate/franchise conferences as needed to showcase the Tide Services brand.

Requirements

• 7+ years in commercial real estate deal-making with a proven track record of signed lease accomplishments
• Sold negotiation, sales, and communication skills
• Strong knowledge of property market values
• Experienced with franchise development
• Bachelors degree
• Able to travel 60% of the time
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Proficient in using mapping software
