- Minimum 2-5 years of administrative experience in a fast-paced office environment
- Meet and greet guests
- Answer and direct phone calls to Real Estate Agents and Management Team
- Highly organized with strong ability to multi-task effectively
- Exhibit a positive, professional demeanor
- Maintain real estate data processing systems
- Real estate office experience a plus
- Strong computer skills a must
- Coordinate advertising activities and processing real estate transactions
- Data entry
- Day to day operational assistance to Director of Operations and Director of Sales
- Additional office duties as assigned by Director of Operations
- Customer Service and Support
