Savvy Staffing in Leominster is currently hiring mechanics for our client company in Leominster.
Assist in maintaining and calibrating quality and production metrology used in the testing of lenses for standards and conformance.
Establish calibration schedules and update records for instruments as needed to support quality systems.
Provide training and operating procedures and forms for key test equipment including spectrophotometry, optical test equipment, material verification testing and impact test metrology.
Evaluate non-conforming work root cause and develop responses as required by customer quality systems working with production and customer service departments
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
