What will you do?

In this role, you will use process sheets, blueprints, and measuring tools to inspect completed parts for acceptable tolerances.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist operators in other measurement setups.
  • Work from process sheets, blueprints, or other written/verbal instructions given by the supervisor to perform Inspection tasks.
  • Help to maintain machines and work areas in a clean and safe manner.
  • Work in other areas or departments as assigned.
  • 1st Shift hours: 7:00am - 3:00pm, Monday - Friday

What are we looking for?

We're looking for engaged individuals that are adaptable to a changing environment, take pleasure in learning and enjoy working with others.

Key Competencies:

  • Work 1st Shift or 2nd Shift
  • Read Blue Prints.
  • CMM Machine Experience a plus. Geometric Dimensioning and tolerances understanding a plus
  • Knowledgeable of micrometers, calipers, depth and height gauges, and other measuring tools
  • Communicate professionally with machinists, supervisors, and managers, sales and production control employees.
  • Average math skills, including the ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide decimals. Must also be able to convert fractions to decimals.
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions written in English and complete simple logs and reports in English, Bilingual in Spanish a plus.
  • Work scheduled hours and comply with the company’s timekeeping policy and all other company policies
