Job Summary
The Quality Assurance Assistant provides support for the Quality Assurance Department ensuring critical tasks are handled as needed.
Qualifications
Education/Training:
· High School Diploma or GED
· Associates degree in business, healthcare or related field preferred
· Medical terminology and computer skills training required-or related skill
Experience:
· Two or more years general office experience (depending on education)
· Minimum of one year experience in healthcare
Skill(s):
· Computer literate with Microsoft office software, ability to learn software quickly.
· Knowledge of medical terminology
o May take class or in-house training in lieu of knowledge
· Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
· Strong attention to detail.
· Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to multi-task, work under pressure with changing priorities and short deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
