Provider Resource Specialist- Licensing Specialist Job at CHG Healthcare

The PRS Team Specialist will assist the Licensing and Provider Resource Specialist team members with projects assigned as needed.
Responsibilities
  • Changing and confirming provider start dates
  • Sending verification documents with consistent follow up
  • Sending introductions to new providers and clients
  • Researching questions and providing answers to clients, providers, and team members
  • Contacting State Medical Boards as assigned
  • Working with client MSS teams to complete files for providers
  • Entering notes in Fox with consistency and accuracy
Qualifications
  • Experienced in Microsoft Word, Excel, and web-based applications
  • Good communication skills both written and oral
  • Excellent attention to detail and organization skills
  • Able to work independently
  • Ability to meet multiple deadlines
  • Maintain positive attitude and adaptable to change
  • High school education or equivalent
Education
  • Minimum one-year previous work experience in a customer service role or administrative office setting supporting professional level functions in a fast paced, team environment.
  • Working knowledge of medical terminology
  • Accurately types 45 wpm
