Provider Resource Specialist- Licensing Specialist Job at CHG Healthcare

The PRS Team Specialist will assist the Licensing and Provider Resource Specialist team members with projects assigned as needed.
Responsibilities
- Changing and confirming provider start dates
- Sending verification documents with consistent follow up
- Sending introductions to new providers and clients
- Researching questions and providing answers to clients, providers, and team members
- Contacting State Medical Boards as assigned
- Working with client MSS teams to complete files for providers
- Entering notes in Fox with consistency and accuracy
Qualifications
- Experienced in Microsoft Word, Excel, and web-based applications
- Good communication skills both written and oral
- Excellent attention to detail and organization skills
- Able to work independently
- Ability to meet multiple deadlines
- Maintain positive attitude and adaptable to change
- High school education or equivalent
Education
- Minimum one-year previous work experience in a customer service role or administrative office setting supporting professional level functions in a fast paced, team environment.
- Working knowledge of medical terminology
- Accurately types 45 wpm
