Who is Cobblestone?
We are a National Property Management Company who specialize in 55(+) Mobile home community management. We are currently managing multiple properties across Florida, Arizona, North Carolina, South Carolina, New Hampshire and California and are in need of a highly motivated career seeker for our All Age Community in Ashville, NC. The ideal candidate will also travel to our Henderson Location as strong support technition 1-2 days per week. Our maintenance department takes care of a plethora of tasks which include but not limited to;
- Landscaping/ Lawn Maintenance
- Plumbing
- Electric
- Flooring
- Carpentry
- Grounds keeping
- Pool Maintenance
- Pressure Washing
- Waste Management
- Maintenance Technician Experience (min.3 Yr.)
- Clean Background.
- Driver's License.
- Drug Testing Required.
- Time Management Skills.

Pay: $18.50-$20.00
