Overview: Responsible for tracking, communicating, and ensuring the delivery of the strategic vision for all initiatives and projects for Managed Services and Canon Solutions America, Inc. as assigned. Leads the Project Management Office as a member of the Managed Services leadership team with direct responsibility for planning assigned project activities, analyzing project expense and risk, assigning timelines and tasks, and ensuring all leaders understand project objectives, benefits, expected outcomes, and return on investment. Given the nature of the position, the Company has identified this role as a remote (virtual) position, and thus expects you to work from your home. Regular business hours are generally Monday –Friday, 8:30AM – 5:00PM the base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors* Responsibilities: - Guides the creation and management of project plans. Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately. - Communicates with leadership and project participants to set and guide expectations. - Communicates with project stakeholders. - Coordinates resources needed for task completion and assigns individual responsibilities. - Schedules and leads project huddles. - Identifies, manages, and mitigates project risks. - Manages project budget and the ability to determine project benefits, expected outcomes and return on investment. - Identifies, tracks, and resolves project issues. - Responsible for updating and managing Action Item Logs and Weekly Risk Reports. - Works closely each assigned project team. Informs project teams of changes within the organization and general corporate news. - Ability to manage and track multiple projects and initiatives at the same time. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required, plus 7 years of related experience. - Experience working in a multi stakeholder environment. - Strong project management, analytical, issue resolution, organizational and presentation skills. - Excellent communication and escalation skills. - Familiarity with business software and tools. - Experience managing multiple implementation projects concurrently - May require up to 30% travel (valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record necessary), including overnights and stays up to 5 consecutive nights. - Project Management certification preferred (PMP, Project+, etc.) In accordance with applicable law, we are providing the base salary for this role if filled in Califronia, Colorado, Washington, New York City, Westchester County, Ithaca, or Jersey City: $94,060 - $164,260.
