Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and technically proficient person to join our Life Sciences team in Alameda as a Project Manager/Architect. This role focuses on guiding project teams through an entire architecture project, inclusive of the development and adherence to project scope, budget, schedule and work plan.
Job Duties
- Thoroughly understand the client’s objectives
- Delegate work assignments based on project scope and team member’s skill set
- Mentor junior staff
- Deliver your projects up to our professional and technical standards
- Client relationship management
- Contract documentation
- Project scheduling
- Budget management and revenue projections
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience
- Experience with laboratory or other life sciences projects
- Revit experience
