We're looking for a People Operations Program Manager to build, scale and refine our HR programs and initiatives to support our rapid growth and global expansion. Operating as a dynamic problem solver, you will develop and implement programs that improve employee satisfaction and retention, increase productivity, and enhance the overall employee experience. As a senior member of the People Operations team, you will use your domain expertise in HR areas such as immigration, employee mobility and recruiting operations to create scalable and effective programs.

You'll report to the Director of People Operations. This role is open to remote, hybrid, and onsite candidates. Hybrid and onsite candidates would work from our Santa Ana or Jersey City location.

What You'll Do:

  • Build and manage the planning, implementation, and administration of HR programs, policies, and procedures
  • Collaborate with the HR team to design and implement talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee lifecycle programs
  • Create and directly oversee operations for immigration, mobility and new state/entity set up
  • Support talent acquisition operations, including but not limited to: headcount planning, Workday position management, offer letter administration, interview training, referrals program, interview coordination program
  • Operate with a systems mindset, learning the tools across the People Team and how we can use them effectively
  • Support project planning, collaboration and efficiency across the People Team, including managing cross-functional projects
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to HR programs and practices

Who You Are:

  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience in a high-growth setting; strong preference for experience working in production-based or startup companies
  • Subject matter expertise in one or more of the following areas: immigration, mobility, recruiting operations
  • Project and program management skills set with demonstrated success rolling out relevant people programs
  • ATS and HRIS experience (Greenhouse and Workday preferred)
  • Excellent organization and administration skills with high attention to detail
  • Strong customer service and stakeholder management experience
  • Bachelor's degree

Salary Range: The salary range for this position is $76,726 - $103,805. Actual compensation on this range varies based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including location, job level, experience, and skill set.
