IronMountain Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Program Analyst in Huntsville, AL
- Job Duties:*
- This position will support our customer at Redstone Arsenal in the Utility Helicopter Project Office (UHPO).
- Manage, analyze, document, and track of project cost, schedule, performance, and risks.
- Assist with collaborative efforts to develop / review Contract Requirements Packages (CRPs), such as Request for Proposals (RFPs), Statements of Work (SOWs), Contract Data, Requirements Lists (CDRLs), Document Summary Lists (DSLs), Earned Value Management System (EVMS), Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)
- Support Design Reviews, Technical Interchange Meetings, and other efforts associated with program support.
- Participate in a multi-disciplined, functional Integrated Product Team (IPT), consisting of Government and OEM contractor personnel
- Support the coordination, development, review and approval of analyses and trade studies related to the integration of aircraft modifications.
- Coordinate and facilitate the staffing of data for review with external groups.
- Prepare and/or briefing presentations, training materials, white papers, etc.
- Familiarization with principles of gas turbine engine integration and propulsion system operation a plus, but not required.
Education and General Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred with 6+ years’ relevant work experience
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment and pay close attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively with others and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Level Security Clearance.
Clearance Requirements: Must have an Active Secret Security Clearance and maintain a Secret Clearance
