Professional Unarmed Security Officer (Cutler Bay) Job at CCR Llc.
We are looking for a professional Unarmed Security Officer to protect the premises of a gated community. You will maintain a high visibility presence and prevent all illegal or inappropriate actions. Must be firm and good at de-escalating situations.
Step 1. Officer Must Provide:
- Officer Must Be 19 years of age or older
- Must be able to communicate (Oral and Written) In English
- US Residents-Birth Certificate or US Passport
- Social Security Card
- Valid Florida D License, or Guard Card
- Valid Florida Driver’s License
- H.S. Diploma, College Degree, GED and or University
Step 2. Pre- Qualifiers for Contract:
- Officer must complete an employee packet
- Background Checks
- Medical
- Physical Exam
- Psychological Exam
- Drug Test
Step 3. Training:
- Track Safety
- First Aid, CPR, AED
- Baton & Handcuffing and Triple Holster Retention Training
- 40 Hr. MDT Training with 1 Hr. Exam
- Alcohol and Drug Awareness (TBA)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
