- The pay is $18/hour for Day shift 6am-6:30pm
- The pay is $18.90/hour for Night shift 6pm-6:30am
Schedule: Rotating 12 hour shifts from 6am/pm to 6:30pm/am. 2 days on 2 days off, and every other weekend - that's only 15 days a month! Also, as a leader in paid time off, you earn over one month off your first year!
Job Duties: Individuals in this position are part of a team that is responsible for machine set-up, loading, unloading, cutting, assembling, inspecting, and packaging the optical thin film products used in the display, imaging, and other markets. Also responsible for assisting in development of work instructions, training and certifying team members and assisting in special projects.
Education and Experience:
- Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge preferred.
- Basic knowledge of English to read work instructions and communicate.
