Production Operator Job at IES Custom Staffing
We are hiring immediately for Production Operators to join our team! As a Production Operator, you will be following written instructions and procedures to process raw materials for assembly. This position is located at an eyewear manufacturer in Clearfield, UT.
Pay is $13 - $14 / hr. We Pay Weekly!
Day and night shifts are available.
Description:
- Follow instructions and stay aware of your surroundings.
- Verify raw materials to match the assigned work order.
- Include the proper process setup and tooling identification to ensure accurate set-up.
- Ensure that processed parts represent the assigned finished product indicated on the work order.
- Identify different sunglasses and goggle models by part number and by physical characteristics.
- Record and track work accurately.
- Ensure raw material inventory to include a review of BOM usages.
- Process quality parts for further production and general assembly processes.
- Report any and all abnormal conditions with production processes to the Production Lead and/or the Production Supervisor immediately.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High School diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must adhere to a drug screen and background check.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Able to lift up to 10 pounds.
- Able to work overtime when required.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent multi-tasking skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
