Spherion is Now hiring for Assembly and Machine Operating associates & CNC Machine Operators. We currently have immediate Assembly, Machine & CNC Operator opportunities available on 2nd Shift and 3rd Shift to support our customers in our local market. APPLY TODAY!
Our Assembly/Machine/CNC Operating associates will support our customers Assembly, packing, Machine Operating, quality control; and shipping and receiving functions.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Trained to setup and operate production machinery
- Setup, adjust, program and operate CNC Machinery
- Replenish raw materials
- Inspect and Pack product using push cart totes and scanners
- Forklift operator roles
- Assembly of components to customer specifications
- QA/QC - scanning, verifying and documenting in WMS system all received orders
- Some Entry level opportunities - no prior production or warehouse experience needed.
Must haves:
- Excellent communication skills
- Commitment consistency to a full time or flex schedule (where offered)
- Desire for training and growth opportunities
- Experience Operating Production Machinery
Nice to Haves:
- Ability to move product up to 50lbs consistently
- Dedicated transportation pref. Limited bus route opportunities
- Prior exp. With WMS, ERP or scanning systems
