We are looking for a person with great attention to detail who can work collaboratively with numerous individuals across the organization to produce daily, weekly, and monthly financial newsletters in a deadline-driven environment.
Day-to-day duties will include working with proofreaders, copywriters, analysts, and editors to put out perfectly produced newsletters (HTML and PDF versions) in sometimes tight timeframes.
The ability to work quickly and efficiently in content-management system Figma, HTML, and InDesign is preferred, but we are also willing to teach if you are willing and able. Flexible availability is preferred. This is a remote position in a virtual organization, so an independent, self-motivated individual is required.
Role:
· Daily production of all newsletters and occasional special reports
- Ensure all content follows industry policies and best practices
- Follow the newsletter calendar in coordination with multiple teams
- Manage tight deadlines and ensure impeccable output of each newsletter within the company
