InnoSource is seeking applicants to join as a Production Area Manager at one of our Fortune 500 clients in Fayetteville, NC. This is an exciting opportunity to further your career in the automotive and manufacturing industries.
Required Skills and Knowledge- Production Area Manager
- Ability to work a 12 hour shift, continuous operation
- Experience managing multiple projects at once
- Ability to meet production and cost goals
- Ability to hold associates/team members accountable
Education and Experience - Production Area Manager
- Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience required; BS in any Engineering discipline preferred
- One to three (1-3) years of experience in production manufacturing process and equipment
- Prior work with training / organizational development or in another function desired
- Knowledge of Production / Maintenance team structure, operations, and requirements
- Knowledge of basic HR / training functions
- Familiarization with budget development / management
- Demonstrated excellence in establishing / maintaining communications and interpersonal relationships
Benefits and Pay - Production Area Manager
- Must have open availability as the plant is open twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week
- Will train on days from 7 AM – 3 PM for the first couple weeks
- 12-hour shifts once training is complete, either 7 AM to 7 PM or 7 PM to 7 AM
- $25 / hour, plus benefits
