We are seeking a talented individual to join our company as a Product Manager. As part of our Product Development team, you will identify and document customer requirements based on regulatory, technical and optimization needs. As an integral part of the product development process, you will provide leadership and coordination between teams of engineering, professional services, customer management and marketing professionals. This is a remote work position.
Product Manager Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and oversight to product development teams. Work closely with teams in an agile environment.
• Identify customer needs through workshops, interviews, and other research initiatives, sharing insights with key stakeholders and development professionals
• Work with Senior Management, Marketing, Customer Management and Engineering to define the product roadmap
• Remain involved in all stages of the product life cycle, defining and implementing refinements and upgrades to increase longevity
• Explore ways to improve existing products to increase ease-of-use, actionable insights and over customer value
• Actively participate on one or more scrum squads developing requirements, acceptance plans and provide overall guidance on product functional and technical requirements.
• Be aware of industry and regulatory changes that impact customer needs and our solutions.

Product Manager Requirements and Qualifications

• Three to five years in a product management role, actively developing requirements, coordinating teams and delivering excellent products
• A bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, product management, computer science or comparable relevant experience
• Experience in Agile management practices
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Basic competency with SQL.
• Proficiency with standard MS Office and presentation software and platforms
• Experience in developing healthcare products, focus on post-acute is a plus.
• Superb communication and organizational skills

Pay
$100,000. - $145,000. annual, depending upon experience.
