The impact of recent global events has resulted in heightened demand for our products and services which is why we're looking for our next Product Manager to drive impact and help further catapult our growth.

Joining our growing Product team, this role will be focused on one of Kharon's flagship products, ClearView, a web-based platform for Kharon and its customers to generate insights for KYC, investigations, and analysis. . Our Product team are leaders who are passionate about building technology to deepen understanding of global events. ClearView is the window into Kharon's insights about any global event we cover. It is no exaggeration to say that this product has changed how people work in our industry, and we 're just getting started. Our next product manager is charged with taking this product to the next level. This will require a great deal of product knowledge, influence, collaboration and a holistic understanding of our client. It's this combination that will enable you to identify gaps, improve what exists and expand our market with new offerings. Harnessing contributions from our entire organization, your work will be central to minimizing friction, maximizing adoption and driving advocacy and loyalty from our clients.

As a product-led company in a phase of hyper-growth, building our products is the easy part. The challenge is figuring out what to build and how to build it which is where this position will create its greatest impact. Acting as a conduit between Product and the rest of the organization, you'll use your powers of influence to ensure that everyone understands set priorities and how their contributions fit into the overall business strategy. You will work closely with Product leadership and development teams to drive development of your product portfolio. Creating alignment, ensuring momentum and encouraging collaboration will be your North Star, keeping development on track thus enabling us to build better and stickier products.

This position will not only expose you to an insanely interesting space but you'll have an immediate impact on how others think about it. You won't be a product manager that follows up on tickets or develops a few KPIs…You're going to create true change with and for a company whose mission is to have relentless awareness and unending curiosity.

• Own existing products and drive the planning and development of new features.
• Coordinate, track and manage the development of new products and relevant tasks across the organization.
• Clearly and consistently communicate progress of projects and deliverables to key stakeholders.
• Anticipate and effectively remove roadblocks to development work.
• Create accountability and take responsibility for the integrity of new products.
• Organize and implement quality assurance and troubleshooting processes.
• Serve as a representative of product leadership and communicate the value of Kharon products to internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor regulatory, legal, technological, and commercial developments relevant to Kharon's business. Identify potential enhancements to existing product lines.

• Coordinating individual contributors, teams, and workflows to deliver projects within set deadlines.
• Translating research and product ideas into technical requirements.

• Encouraging cross functional collaboration and working on projects that involve contributions from many teams (technical and non-technical) across an organization.
• Building trust and good working relationships with stakeholders in all different roles.
• Familiarity with or curiosity about global security threats and other controversies impacting commerce and finance.

Major pluses…

• Experience supporting production grade user interfaces or data products.
• Experience with data analysis and the development of data products.
• Some familiarity with scripting and query languages (i.e. Python/JS, SQL, ES DSL, CYPHER, SPARQL).
• Familiarity with graph databases, RDF, web 3.0, and product organization software such as Jira.
