Procurement Specialist Job at EPAM Systems
DESCRIPTION
We seek a Procurement Specialist who will assist in developing operational procedures within the framework of EPAM purchasing rules and regulations. In this role, you will conduct market and product research by analyzing vendor terms and conditions.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Acquire licenses and software
- Participate in budget preparation and tender processes
- Approve documents such as requisitions, supply, maintenance agreements, purchase and check requests
- Coordinate with internal requestors to obtain administrative information and upload them into the corporate financial system
- Process the purchasing documents such as specifications bids, purchase orders, delivery confirmations
- Prepare reports and maintain current data on vendors and new products
WHAT YOU HAVE
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Management, Finance or equivalent disciplines
- 3+ experience in the field of procurement and contracting management
- Expertise in purchasing licenses, software and services
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP or similar)
- MS Office & ERP skills
- English B2, both written and spoken
