• Execute the entire procure to pay cycle, including requisitioning, sourcing, purchase order creation, goods receipt, invoice verification, and payment processing.
• Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to understand their procurement requirements and provide support throughout the procurement process.
• Conduct market research and vendor evaluations to identify reliable suppliers, negotiate pricing and contract terms, and establish long-term relationships with vendors.
• Monitor and maintain accurate purchasing records, including purchase orders, contracts, and supplier information, in compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Review and reconcile vendor invoices against purchase orders and resolve any discrepancies or issues in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely approvals and authorization for purchase orders and invoices.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to accurately code and allocate expenses and ensure the proper general ledger account coding for all transactions.
• Prepare regular reports and analyses related to procurement activities, vendor performance, and cost savings opportunities.
• Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and regulations related to procurement, payment processing, and vendor management.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and the implementation of Scrum methodologies, Agile principles, and automation tools to enhance efficiency and productivity in the procure to pay process.
