Accomplished Primary Care provider board certified in Internal Medicine or Family Practice with demonstrated outpatient experience needed to manage a diverse patient panel with multiple co-morbidities in a busy Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) providing integrated care to individuals living on Staten Island. Will work collaboratively with advance practice providers and other specialty physicians to ensure quality primary and preventive care. Additional training and experience in HIV care and MAT (Medication Assisted Treatment) is preferred; wiliness to learn these areas of practice is required.

• Full-time (37.5 hours per week) Monday-Friday schedule; one evening per week and on Saturday per month may be required, minimal telephone-only call rotation
