SAGE Dining Services® is seeking dishwashers to join our culinary team at a private boarding school in Saxtons River, VT.

Schedule:
- We are open seven days a week following the school calendar.
- We have three different schedules we can discuss during the interview.10 AM - 6 PM
11 AM - 7 PM
12 PM - 8 PM
We can teach people who really are interested in learning and want a career in food service, or if you are experienced in this role, you can jump right into the job.

What you'll do:
- Ensure that all food is appropriately displayed and visually appealing.
- Interact cheerfully with SAGE guests and Team Members and provide service with a smile.
- Prepare assigned menu items in strict accordance with SAGE recipes.
- Clean, restock, and replenish serving lines and stations to ensure our guests enjoy amazing dining experiences.
- Clean all work areas and customer service areas on an ongoing basis.
- Use proper food handling, storage, and sanitation techniques always (HACCP).
- Assist in training new culinary Team Members.
- Endure exposure to extreme temperatures; intense heat and freezing cold.
- Adapt to additional duties as assigned by management.
What you'll need:
- Experience as a Prep Cook or Cook preferred, but not required.
- Ability to understand and execute recipes and instructions in detail.
- Ability to properly set up a buffet or serving station.
- Experience in customer service strongly preferred, but not required.
- Food safety certifications as required by jurisdiction.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
