Wildwood Sports Bar in Byron, MN is looking for one pm supervisor to join our 37 person strong team. We are located on 501 Frontage Rd Ne. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, and hard-working.

SUMMARY OF POSITION

Manages the front-of-the house operations management and enforcement of company policies, procedures, programs and performance standards.

POSITION ACTIVITIES AND TASKS

• Maintain excellent customer service

Closing duties

actively working server and bartender shifts when schedule and needed

• Keep employees motivated, resolve conflicts and make hard decisions.
• Team Player
• Consistent communication with management team
• Ordering of products- Dry goods and Pepsi orders
• Maintain low labor, food, liquor and beer costs
• Hiring and interviews of new staff with FOH Manager
• Interviews of new staff whereas needed
• Anticipates maintenance equipment repairs and adherence to safety and sanitation requirements
• Attends manager meetings, makes presentations as requested.
• Lead Trainer of serving staff
• Working shifts as scheduled- Trades must be approved by FOH Manager or GM
• Hours per week 35-40 may be required

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/ENVIRONMENT/WORKING CONDITIONS

Extensive standing

Reaching heights of approximately 6 feet and depths of 2 1/2 - 3 ft.

Must be able to work irregular hours under heavy pressure/stress during busy times

Communicating employees and other managers

EDUCATION LEVEL REQUIRED

High school diploma; some college or degree preferred.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

One to two year’s previous experience serving; preferably some management experience

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Mondays and Tuesdays. Compensation is $15.00 - $20.00/hour.
