ANGEL CITY PIZZA is hiring a Pizza Chef. Must have experience making dough using commercial dough mixer, ability to stretch dough by hand with consistency, experience working with Bakers Pride deck oven and love making great pizza!
Our restaurant provides take out, delivery & dine in with seating for up to 60. We are a family oriented restaurant with an upbeat & fast paced enviornment. We are located next to a High School with heavy foot traffic during certain hours. Our menu consist of pizza, sandwiches, salads, pasta & deserts.
The right candidate should love making great pizza, have the ability to work under preasure during busy times, be detail oriented and comfortable engaging with the public. We work as a team so the ability to work as part of a team is essential.
Pizza Chef responsibilities include:
- Dough making & storage
- Prepares sauces
- Experience working with Bakers Pride deck oven
- Hand stretch dough
- Ensure that cooking stations are sanitized and prepped with necessary tools
- Checks and maintains quality of pizzas before they are served or sent out for delivery
- Resolves customer complaints with diplomacy
- Ability to follow and maintain consistency with established recipes
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.50 per hour
