Job Description: Safely lead crews in performing pigging and Decoking services to complete the cleaning of fired heaters safely and effectively at industrial facilities across North America.
Duties:
- Safely Lead crews, offer feedback, assist crews and train new employees in completion of the job duties in accordance with all company and client policy
- Complete Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and all applicable safety paperwork
- Ensure all equipment is functioning
- Load out Support unites and decoking pumpers, i.e. be familiar with all pieces of equipment necessary to complete the required job scope safely and effectively.
- Inspect and all aspects of work from the jobsite to equipment before commencing work
- Communicate Updates with Clients and Internal Leadership
- Complete time sheets and all admin paperwork for a job
Conditions:
- Safely complete manual task that are associated with other service lines offered at USAD
- Must be capable of setting up equipment for the job including lifting and carrying hoses that may weigh up to 50 lbs.
- Work at Industrial Owner Facilities in and around the Greater Houston Area
- Perform Manual Labor to complete tasks associated with other service lines performed by USA Debusk
- Required to work at elevations and wear fall protection harnesses
- Ability to work in confined spaces, stand or walk for long periods
- Be On Call 24/7
- Able to work shifts up to 12-16 hours (day or night), both indoors and outdoors in the sun, which requires being on your feet
Requirements:
- Must have specific knowledge of all Pigging and decoking equipment
- Must have specific knowledge of heater design and Heater tube metallurgy
- Must have specific knowledge of decoking pig selection and usage
- The ability to work safe and always adhere to safety policy
- Strong communication skills, both internally and externally
- Experience in the hydro blasting and vacuuming field
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
- Valid Driver License
- TWIC Card
- Pass a Hair Follicle Drug Screen
- Pass all Required Background Screens

This is a full-time position with the opportunity for overtime.
