Professional Home Health Care is urgently hiring a prn Physical Therapy Assistant to make home visits in the Denver area.
Experience in homecare preferred but we do offer a great training program if you are new to the field of homecare. New grads welcome!

Qualification:
- Current Colorado PTA license
- Valid Driver’s license, clean MVR, and proof of auto insurance
- Reliable transportation
- Must be able to pass Criminal Background Check
- Assessment skills
- Computer skills
- Time management skills
- Proof of full COVID-19 vaccination
Knowledge of:
- Competent in the provision of physical therapy assistant treatments as recognized by the APTA and community standards of practice
- Universal precautions
- Medicare and Medicaid requirements
- implementation of Plan of Care as set up by physical therapist
- home care processes, community resources
