Responsibilities

• Responsible for the evaluation, plan of care, treatment, re-evaluation, discharge, marketing/business development to deliver occupational and and Physical Therapy Services to patients and customers.
• Develop functional and highly beneficial treatment plans, while driving success through the plan of care.
• Be a team player, communicate well, maintain accountability, drive innovation, and deliver outstanding service (maintain core values that align with our purpose)

Qualifications:

• CA licensed Physical Therapy - National registration and state licensure REQUIRED.
• Neuro PT (desired)
• Minimum of two years' experience with neuro PT (specific to SCI, TBI, HA, Stroke, MS, Parkinson's)
• Minimum two years in adult rehabilitation
