Family Services is a non-profit organization that protects, heals and cares for children and families throughout Northeast Wisconsin. Family Services is strongly committed to protecting children and vulnerable individuals from abuse and exploitation. When traumatic situations occur, our staff is there to assist the individual or family with their journey of healing and recovery. Family Services cares for individuals who are isolated, abandoned or just need help developing the skills to live successfully.
Our Wisconsin Lifeline call center provides high quality, comprehensive crisis counseling services for callers experiencing thoughts of suicide in addition to support and assistance services for Wisconsin residents experiencing emotional distress. Due to growth, Wisconsin Lifeline has openings for full-time Phone Counselors working 2nd or 3rd shifts in our Downtown Green Bay location. Team members work a 2-2-3 rotation, enjoying every other three day weekend off!
Qualified applicants will have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; a Bachelor's degree in the Human Services field is preferred. Extensive training is provided. Applicants with Master's degrees and/or credentialed (LPC-IT, CAPSW, LPC, or LCSW) are encouraged to apply. Competitive compensation is provided for these positions.
