Personal Care and Home Care Workers - Flex Schedule
- Job Duties: Provides supportive non-medical care to adult clients in their home with a focus on dignity, safety and comfort. Assists with personal care needs, transfers, mobility, ADLs, companionship, meals and other activities to ensure the client’s life at home supports his/her goals and enhances quality of life.
- We have options for you to pick up shifts on days that work for you. There are opportunities to work at more than one LindenGrove location once trained and qualified to float. Required to work a minimum of 4 shifts per month
- Benefits: 403B Retirement Savings available on date of hire
- Job Duties: Assists residents with their personal needs and care (activities of daily living). Encourages residents to maintain their independence. All cares and duties should be given in a manner that promotes the dignity, respect, privacy, individual and emotional needs of each patient/resident with emphasis on resident rights.
- Shifts: All shifts available
- Locations: Menomonee Falls, Mukwonago, New Berlin, Waukesha and Home Care
CBRF credentials preferred but not required - must obtain certification within 90 days (training available through LindenGrove)
