About the Role:

You will process the student and nonexempt biweekly payrolls including appropriate deductions and withholdings, and assist and act as the primary backup to the Accounts Payable and Payroll Manager. The Business Office team is implementing Oracle Cloud, and you will assist and help test the new system. This is an exciting to join our team in a regular, on-going position.

What You’ll Do:
  • Process the student work payroll on a bi-weekly basis in Infor
  • Implement and process the student work payroll in Oracle
  • Process the non-exempt payroll on a bi-weekly basis in Infor
  • Implement and process the non-exempt payroll in Oracle
  • Assist the Accounts Payable and Payroll Manager with processing the exempt payroll on a monthly basis in Infor
  • Assist with implementing and processing the exempt payroll in Oracle
  • Answer questions for employees and students
  • Provide employment verifications
  • Back up the Accounts Payable and Payroll Manager

Who You Are:

Qualified candidates will have…

Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience, and 1+ year of payroll processing or relevant experience

Highly-qualified candidates will also have…

Associates degree in Accounting or Business; Fundamentals of Payroll Certification designation; experience processing payroll using Infor software or Oracle Cloud

Pay rate: $21.00 - $22.50 per hour
