Payroll Administrator
Payroll essential job duties:
- Process new hires and terminations accurately
- Provides accurate preperation and distribution of semi-monthly payroll for assigned employees
- Balances payroll and provides monthly payroll summaries to managers
- Establish and maintain records ensuring changes are entered correctly, on a timely basis and complies with federal/state/local laws and regulation
- Assists with developing payroll policies, identifies opportunities for process improvement and implements best practices
- Comply with all legal requirements for garnishment, deduction, and reports and applicable tracking
- Maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive information with discretion
- Performs duties assinged by the HR director
- AP and AR billing experience preferred
Pay ranges from $16-$18 per hour
