Patient Representative | Registration, 2nd shift Job at Memorial Hospital of Union County
Answers hospital switchboard and performs inpatient admissions. Conducts interviews with patients to gather demographic, financial, and guarantor information which is then entered into the hospital’s computer system for registration purposes. Ensuring patient flow to reduce registration wait times. Obtaining proper signatures from patients.
Requirements
Must be a high school graduate with knowledge of Microsoft Office. Knowledge of medical terminology is required. Must be efficient in Word and Excel with accurate typing skills. Must also be able to handle multiple tasks at once with ease.
This position requires a weekend and holiday rotation.

2nd w/ every other weekend and major holiday rotation
