Responsibilities for this position include:
Greeting patients and answering phones
Scheduling appointments and managing the appointment calendar
Verifying insurance coverage and collecting patient payments
Providing exceptional customer service and addressing patient concerns
Maintaining accurate patient records and managing patient files
The ideal candidate for this position will have:
Previous experience working in a dental office or medical setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in computer and dental software systems
A positive attitude and commitment to exceptional patient care
