The Continuing Education and Workforce Development office at Vermont Technical College invites applications for Spring 2023 ( January 17, 2023 - May 12, 2023.
The course to be taught is PSY 2100 Educational Psychology
This course examines the psychological constructs surrounding instruction and learning in the classroom. Topics include personality theory, motivation, cognition, developmental issues, family systems, class discipline, hope, anger, sexuality, gender, change, collegiality, and parental interaction. Strategies to create healthy relationships are a central focus.
45 hours of Lecture - 3 Credits
Minimum Qualifications:
The successful candidate will have a Master's degree with Career & Tech Ed teaching experience (administration preferred). Experience also teaching adult learners and at the college level is highly preferred.
Salary:
Based on credits previously taught per VSC-VSCPTF Bargaining Unit Agreement.
