Our client is seeking a full-time Owner's Representative for their Greenville, SC manufacturing facility. This is a films, coatings, and tape manufacturing facility. Product use spans industrial applications to general consumer usage.

Owner's Representatives oversee on-site contractors conducting project work. They ensure contractors follow client rules and procedures. They especially focus on project site safety, while keeping project goals on track. Projects at this site vary, but can include:

• Facility remodels and additions
• Production machinery installations and commissioning
• Production system installations and commissioning
• Support Infrastructure updates and additions

Excel Engineering, Inc. is seeking a motivated and experienced individual from the following discipline backgrounds:

• Mechanical Contractors (preferred)
• Structural Contractors
• General Construction Contractors (preferred)
• Industrial Project Management

Must have experience with:

• Large, diverse manufacturing site projects.
• On-site interactions with client project managers as well as other contracting disciplines.

Ideal qualified candidate:

• has owner's representative experience.
• has experience as a facilities engineer or technician
• has general construction experience.
• can work at our client’s location in Greenville, SC (this is a full-time role).
• can be a retiree interested in returning to work in a full-time capacity.
• is interested in project-based work.
