Security Guard *Get Paid Weekly* Atlanta GA

We are hiring for security guard opportunities to work for: Overnights, and MUST WORK on the WEEKENDS :

• Ability to maintain satisfactory attendance and punctuality standard
• Must have reliable WORKING mobile phone
• Must have valid driver’s license/ Identification
• Must be able to sit and/or stand for 8 to 10 hrs.
• MUST have experience working Long Shift Hours
• Depending upon assignment may be exposed to inclement weather.
• May be required to work overtime without advance notice.
• Must be open to work any shift (including 3rd shift...No Exceptions).
• Must have flexible availability and willingness to work on short notice.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Authorized to work in the United States. At least one verifiable employer.
• Must have impeccable grooming (i.e. ability to adhere to our Appearance and Grooming policy).
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the position.
• Ability to pass our Pre-Employment screening, including drug test, background check, and social security check.
• Neat and professional appearance always.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Ability to handle typical and crisis situations efficiently and effectively at client sites.
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing in the English language for the purpose of public interaction and report writing
• Ensure adequate security service and safety of property, guests, employees, while maintaining a professional and friendly attitude
• Patrolling the property on foot to make sure areas are secure
• Be first to respond in case of emergency, i.e. guest illness, fire emergency, employee accident
• Visually inspect on-site areas; conduct safety and security walk through of all departments, public space, outside grounds, parking, emergency exits, doors, etc. Address issues and resolve. Follow set schedule/walk through format, if applicable
• Adhere to service standards, ensuring safety and comfort of guests at all times
• Verbally communicate, in a calm, positive demeanor, taking control, giving direction in case of any emergency
• Maintains high visibility and consistent standards for authorizing access to on-site visitors
• The employee may be expected to work in other areas when needed to assist operations to perform job duties not necessarily contained in this job description

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $17.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 12 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• On call
• Weekend availability

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Customer Service: 3 year (Required)
• Security: 2 year (Required)
